To connect a PS4 controller to a PS4 console, you can follow these steps:

Make sure your PS4 console is turned on.

Locate the USB cable that came with your PS4 controller. This cable is used for both charging and connecting the controller.

Connect one end of the USB cable to the micro USB port on the top of the PS4 controller.

Connect the other end of the USB cable to one of the USB ports on the front of the PS4 console.

Press the PS button in the center of the controller. The light bar on the controller should start flashing.

Wait for a few seconds until the PS4 console recognizes the controller. The light bar on the controller will turn a solid color once it’s successfully connected.
